MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1957 film?

Professor Quatermass comes across, investigating a vibrant area of meteorites a secret government facility surrounded by heavy security. Apparently the mysterious complex is engaged in manufacturing synthetic food, however all this Quatermass comes to the terrible conclusion that even the aliens are invading Earth with this installation as a cover. To rescue the country and also the entire planet from invaders, Quatermass must face terrible dangers an uncertain end.
