MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

According to popular belief, a boy born during an eclipse has an incredible destructive force. The baby should spend a whole night in a stable, among the cattle and die or survive trampled by them in this way to be human like everyone else. A lady cow saves him and change his fate. Kapila survive. But the curse of his birth, has a power that certainly no one dominates.
