MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1992 film?

Romulus is an android fruit of an ambitious war of a million dollars. Relentless, Unstoppable, programmed to kill and destroy. But something goes wrong in their programming. A set of terrorist plans to rob a health center is the daughter of the president of the United States and take her hostage. The rescue will be fifty million dollars. Romulus combat them away is attached to them. Only a bold, cunning and daring may put an end to what is set to become the bloodiest in the FBI operation. This movie is part of the Project saga (1968, 1987, 1992, 1996, 2012).
