MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

In many worlds, one sun shines ; in others they are many ; multiple nothing, but on the planet Aporver no life in every speck of dust. Aporver is alive, and as such has a heart that is hidden in the fabled land of Exidil where Psychons are born and where miracles happen. After some events, the heart begins to bleed and Aporver begins to die. Only you can save him, someone who does not think of the Heart, or Exidil or miracles happen there, the last inhabitant of Aporver.
