MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

A gang of thugs led by one Malvido acts in a school and also sold drugs to students. Of the brothers Raul and Humberto, one is a student, however to all this the other prefers to join the mafia and complicit in their attacks. They fight against other bands and assaulted passengers on trucks. A teacher dares to denounce them. In revenge attack teacher. Raul, who indeed decide to join the joints is required to participate in the attack. On the first occasion Humberto attack, and end up killing him. This makes Raul rebel against the leader of the thugs.
