MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Pluk is a boy with a crane you're looking for a place to stay. A day comes to a small town where you will find accommodation in the tower of a building. Everyone wants to Pluk except a single mother who does not let her daughter play with the neighbors, who will try him out at all costs it does not support the disorder.
