MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1970 film?

A mysterious stranger comes to town Townstone, a crossing from that years ago most farmers sold their land to the railroad. The stranger is interested in the whereabouts of the ranch " Tres Cruces " and its owner, but appears to be that no one knows, indeed, continually threatening to leave the area and do not ask. However, he decides not to leave town until clarification.
