MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1947 film?

An exciting adventure movie in spectacular Technicolor, is the starring Maria Montez in 1947 "Pirates of Monterey ". California 1840, the royalist supporters of union with Spain, trying to overthrow the Mexican presidential Monterrey with the help of a Yankee Missouri. Captain Philip Kent, a soldier of fortune and his comrade Sergeant Pio, traveling from the city of Mexico to Monterrrey on a secret mission. On the way they meet two women, Marguerita and Filomena who have just lost the coach. Kent reluctantly agrees to accompany nevertheless soon falls for Marguerita.
