MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1960 film?

Böhm psychopath plays photographing his victims as they die, is a man deeply disturbed, whose imbalance rooted in childhood. His father, a scientist obsessed with studying children's reactions to fear, shattered his psyche and turned it into an adult self-conscious and affected by a demonic dementia. The character needs to record in pictures the terror felt his victims before he died. So he practices as a photographer, to conceal their intentions and to satisfy their morbid impulses without arousing suspicion.
