MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

The sophisticated yet lethal bounty hunter named Sweeney arrives at the alien world of Oblivion to arrest the seductive outlaw Lash on multiple charges, including murder. Lash, who just won at Crowley in a card game Derconium mine, faces Red Eye's brother, Jaggar, who wants to mine it to dominate the galaxy.
