We are in the distant future where humans have become the masters of space, medicine is so advanced that even life expectancy is very high, nearly eradicated diseases and wounds heal quickly, have also increased reflexes and strength, man lives a golden age and become enthusiastic and confident. His ship crashes while exploring the space, in an unknown planet where the outbreak will be trapped his ship and could not help.
