MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1940 film?

In 1885, three adventurers of the border in Canada encourage a rebellion against the Crown. Only the RCMP remains loyal. The cop Ronnie Logan is in love with the daughter of Corbeau, but has to compete with a Texas Ranger looking for Corbeau for murder.
