MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1939 film?

Iranoff Comrades, Kopalski Buljanoff and have been sent to Paris to raise money for the Russian government by selling jewelry confiscated from the Grand Duchess Swana, who lives in Paris. The three comrades are installed in a luxury hotel while the French courts decide who is the real owner of the jewels. The Russian government sends Nina ' Ninotchka ' Ivanovna Yakushova to fix things.
