MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Three young Japanese Chinese decide to leave their small town, which throughout his life have suffered xenophobic attitudes of their peers. Arriving in Tokyo, fortuitously contacted with a small group that deals drugs and become friends with a prostitute also of Chinese origin. However, soon come into trouble with a group important and very dangerous criminal.
