MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

A mysterious alien origin cloud covers the northern half of Japan, transforming all who inhale a fresh meat -eating zombie ready to end the human race. Immersed in absolute chaos, Japan is divided into two parts, the southern half of the country, where the population, protected by a large wall, appears to be safe from the deadly gas, and the north, full of zombies. Political forces do not know how to respond to this situation, the economy suffers, and the Japanese nation seems to have lost all hope. But that hope comes from the hand of Kika, a beautiful schoolgirl armed with a chainsaw whose energy comes from an artificial heart. Recruited by the government and in charge of a group of mercenaries, Kika seizes on a secret mission that involves penetrating the zone zombie, kill their queen Rikka, and put an end to the zombie plague.
