MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

Over a thousand years ago, a lady of the nobility Japanese Heian era thus wrote for the entertainment of his wife the story of the adventures and misadventures, mainly loving a prince named Genji Hikaru teenager. And his book, " The Tale of Genji " has become the first novel written in the history of mankind. This lovely lady called Murasaki Shikibu, or at least it has come down to posterity.
