MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

Manuel, a Portuguese immigrant in Holland, died in a car accident and is buried in a cemetery in Amsterdam. He soon discovers that his soul will not rest in peace until getting their bones return to their homeland. For this reason decide to go to Portugal to convince her sister to travel to Amsterdam and bring back his body. The only conflict is that the only way for him to be seen or heard by the living is appearing in her dreams.
