MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1958 film?

Montparnasse, Paris's bohemian district, full of artists who aspire to succeed, but very few succeed. In 1919 the Italian painter lived there Modigliani, trailing a stormy miserable existence, because their art was not understood and his only consolation was alcohol and women. Always sick and drunk, his life was divided between a tavern and a rich Englishwoman who gave him opium and paid his bills. One morning in the drawing academy, he met Jeanne, a teenager bourgeois, which immediately fell in love. Determined to start a new life, he proposed to go live with him.
