MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Ramu (Kalyan Ram) is very fond of their maradalu Lakshmi (Kaajal). Ramu is an uneducated man who works in farms. Lakshmi's father is a wealthy man and it is the president associated with town. their town has feuds with a neighboring town. Giri (Ajay) is through the other village and he would like to marry Lakshmi. but Lakshmi and Ramu are in love. Ramu must win a race over giri to marry Lakshmi. Other tale is all about the hurdles Ramu faces to be able to wed Lakshmi.
