MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1960 film?

In the Madrid of the sixties, a band of thugs sheltering in a floor nurse calls the doctor to have called, since one of them has been wounded in a robbery. The next day, which will not be astonished to see that the nurse called is but a Sister of Charity, with concerns detective.
