MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1960 film?

In the middle of World War II, postman Ludwig Fuchs writes a letter to former schoolmate Field Marshal Hermann Göring, urging him to keep the peace. He is declared of unsound mind. After the war, he has trouble getting rid of the stigma of alleged insanity. Göring was executed. Fuchs forces the court to investigate him: he vandalizes the counter hall of Post Office 122 in Munich and is rehabilitated (with full pay for lost years).
