MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1962 film?

After marrying Hofrat Geiger, Marianne moves to Vienna to live with her husband. She runs the household while her daughter attends the music academy. But Mariandl is lovesick. She constantly catches her husband in strange situations with other women. Marianne, on the other hand, must constantly listen to the innuendos of Franzi, Geiger's housekeeper of many years, who would have liked to see herself as a court councillor. Enervated, mother and daughter decide to leave Vienna and visit her grandfather, who has inherited a run-down farm in the Wachau region, where there are horses waiting to be sent to Italian slaughterhouses. Through two benefit concerts, the talented music student Mariandl is able to raise enough money to buy the nags free.
