MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1940 film?

David Grant is an artist in Greenwich Village. Just then a woman who by the way is on the way to Reno gives Jean a beautiful dress. One day coincides with its neighbor Jean Newton and also wishes him good luck. Believing that David has the luck on their side asked to share a ticket somehow horseracing.
