MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2020 film?

Seven years after the Monsterpocalypse, Joel Dawson, along with the sleep of humanity, is living underground since giant animals took control of the land. After reconnecting over radio together with high school girlfriend Aimee, who is now 80 kilometers away at a coastal colony, Joel starts to fall on her once more. As Joel understands that there's absolutely nothing kept for him underground, he decides against all logic to venture out to Aimee, despite all dangerous monsters that stand in their method.
