MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1939 film?

A marginal group celebrated Christmas Eve singing and dancing down the street. In parallel, a millionaire celebrates offering a great dinner party your friends. The millionaire receives a telegram from his sister in America that will visit later announces more than twenty years without seeing. The protagonist, who always did see her sister through letters leading an orderly life with her children, requires two people to simulate this paper. Advised by his butler, the thieves " the English girl " and " the Piruli " posing as their children, and " Currinchi " by professor of both. Millionaire's sister is pleased with their false nephews and while he finally reveals the whole mess, and fond of them decides to take them to America to start together a new and honest life.
