MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1971 film?

Dr. Marius Zarcof and his henchmen kidnap Yolanda Dwarves, one of the contestants in the Miss Mexico beauty pageant, to freeze your body and revive it when the doctor wants. She is goddaughter Mil wrestler masks, which warns colleagues Blue demon, Physician and Murderer Darkness.
