MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1947 film?

On board a submarine in the 1945 Oslo, Gilbert, a French physician, is kidnapped by a group of Nazi officers. In the boat inhabit all kinds of fugitives avoiding capture by the Allied side. A chief of the Gestapo, a German general, Italian industrialist and Nazi collaborator French journalist traveling on this ship. When receiving the news of the armistice, a riot broke out on board the submarine.
