MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1958 film?

Schoudler Noël is the head of a rich and powerful family of France. He handles his business and financial affairs with an iron fist, leaving little room for his son François to prove himself. His main rival is its rich cousin, Lucien, who is the black sheep of the family, a spendthrift. In an attempt to teach a lesson to Lucien, Schoudler left to his son one of their businesses, knowing that this will translate into financial problems. However, he underestimated the cunning of Lucien and gets the backfire, with tragic consequences.
