MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

Around the Pont Neuf, despite its name, the oldest bridge in Paris, develops a fascinating chronicle of love between two vagabonds: Alex and Michelle. He's a circus frustrated because of his addiction to alcohol, and she is a painter who has suffered a painful breakup and also is blind. Between them comes a louder feeling of mutual dependence.
