MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

There once was a girl named Alice, who lived in the suburbs. In this beautiful girl loved to play, games of seduction, violence games. One day Alice decides to kill Saïd, a handsome classmate. But she can not do it alone. So Alice manipulates his naive boyfriend Luc to commit the murder in cold blood, as proof of his love. It was not as easy as Alice thought. The killings can be confusing and exhausting. Alice thought she had everything completely planned, but the life of a true murderer can be fraught with many difficulties and pontro discover that life is not a fairy tale.
