MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

In a Belgrade military hospital recovering Serb soldiers who fought in the war in Bosnia. One is Milan, who remembers his childhood and just before the war, when his best mate was the Bosnian Halil, and strife in it. Halil and Milan lived in the same village, near the tunnel called the brotherhood, unity, linking Belgrade and Zagreb, and was abandoned. Twelve years later, during the war, Milan, after witnessing their fellow soldiers looted and set fire to the homes of Bosniaks, including his friend, is trapped in the tunnel with his troops, facing Halil , enlisted in the enemy.
