MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1959 film?

In addition to running for president of Europe, Etienne Alexis is a scientist working on artificial insemination as a method to improve social relations and performs therapies to suppress passion. Committed to a countess, Etienne want to celebrate with a picnic. The sound of the flute of a shepherd in the temple of the goddess Diana, causes a strong wind that releases the passion of the characters and destroys the established order. So, Alexis, contrary to its principles with the peasant Nenette leak.
