MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Looking offset the neglect in which your child has had only 16 years old, Genaro New Police Commander, this gives him a race car. Genaro Jr. overnight thanks to his Camaro becomes the most popular girl in school. For his inexperience and immaturity soon Genaro is recruited by a powerful gang of smugglers and criminals taking advantage of young runners racing vehicles to transport drugs in small quantities to the border. Will this time his dad to save him from this band of murderers ?
