MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1961 film?

The fascination for Alexander Calder's circus began in the mid -twenties, when he published a series of illustrations on a New York magazine Barnum and Bailey Circus in exchange for a season pass. Paris was in 1927 when he created the small circus that is this film and in its time was the delight of the Parisian avant-garde, especially Miro and Mondrian. Calder's performances could last up to two hours, with twenty or more numbers and an intermediate, the artist making director and his wife turning the gramophone in the background. From talent would say the art critic James Johnson Sweeney was much more than a game. It was a " laboratory to develop the most original features of his obrdespués ".
