MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

In a small village in the Italian province, all the inhabitants are in turmoil because the event of the year is about to take place: the living chess game against the neighboring village. Among the villagers there is Ale, owner of the hotel 'Belvedere' together with his wife Linda, who works hard to add the fateful 'third star' to his hotel. Serious, determined and rational, Ale is the complete opposite of his brother-in-law Franz, Linda's brother, who is completely out of his mind. Franz works as a cleaner in a prison, but he deceptively installs himself in the hotel with the excuse of wanting to help, triggering Ale's extreme disappointment...
