MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2014 film?

After the death of his wife and losing his job, a divorced man who has never participated much in the lives of their children, are forced to take them at home when they have more than twenty years. At first the situation is complex and chaotic, but when comes in a neighboring everything changes. Your job is to fire employees, which causes great guilt ; why, at night helps them find another job. This generous wife's family try not collapse.
