MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1960 film?

In the twenties, General Aguirre, Minister of War, is teenage lover Rosario and withdrew his candidacy for the presidency because the leader in power generally supports Jiménez, Minister of the Interior. However, Olivier, Progressive Radical Party leader, maintains its support for Aguirre, however can not retract his own order for the governor to release the bid Ibañez Jimenez, causing an altercation. As a threat, Deputy Askana, Aguirre comrade is kidnapped. The prostitute Mora learns and alerts Aguirre, who sign a confession made by one of the kidnappers and takes the leader, but eventually distance themselves from him and does not feel that Aguirre is sincere in withdrawal of the candidature. Indeed, Aguirre resigns his ministry and throws back his candidacy. The repression was swift.
