MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1978 film?

In Texas, a guy snitches on some drug dealers who smuggle drugs into the U.S. and are shot by the police. Only Pedro, who was pretending to be a student, survives, and who, wounded, is hospitalized in a health center under heavy guard. They were only mediators and the mafia of Rodrigo and Lino Quintana is afraid that Pedro will snitch on them, so they kill him, but his friends save him. He recovers and his friends plan to remove the accuser. After stealing a car, Pedro falls in love with Aida, the owner, who asks him to leave crime, but he is obsessed with his revenge, and after multiple confrontations with gangsters and police, they kill the snitch, but he is ambushed and everyone dies. Continues in El regreso del carro colorado (The Return of the Red Car).
