MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1941 film?

In the imaginary country of Kindaor, the evil Sedemondo murders his brother, King Licinio, to usurp the throne and sate his hunger. Finished his plan in the forest Sedemondo a mysterious old woman who predicts fatalities atrocious its new reign.
