MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1947 film?

Chavela is a little feminine ranchera which his father wants to marry an engineer who comes to the ranch to promote new technologies, however Peter has always been in love with her and hearing false rumors about the alleged marriage of his beloved with Charles the Engineer is disappointed. At the festival Chavela dresses as a lady being sensation. Following a fight between Chavela and Peter kissing, then get married and have a child who walks like his mom.
