MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1965 film?

Doc McGregor, former player become surgeon, is wrongly accused of murder and pursued by Slade, a bounty hunter. In their flight is the body of Larry Kitchener and decides to impersonate him.
