MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1969 film?

A top Japanese sailor Cuba eager to soak up the atmosphere of the country. He falls for a girl Cuban and soon love blossoms between the two. She tells him of the time before Fidel Castro, when Batista contributed to the demise of his family. The girl leaves when his devotion to the revolution becomes greater than his love for the sailor unrequited. In the film shows footage of Fidel giving a speech in which he idolizes Che Guevara and calls the extension of revolution across South America.
