MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1973 film?

Katsu, a teenager who has spent five years wandering throughout Japan, returns to the coastal town in which he grew up, hoping to redirect his life. Although the villagers acknowledge him, he refuses to admit his past. He begins to disturb social order, practicing violent sexual acts against decorum.
