MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1968 film?

Japanese Comedy sixties that counts the adventures of jewel thief llquerido " Black Lizard " Sanaye trying to kidnap the daughter of a famous jeweler, as part of a plot to steal " The Star of Egypt " a coveted diamond. To thwart the planned kidnapping, the jeweler hires the detective number one in Japan.
