MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

" Crows II " continues the story where he finished " Crows- Zero": senior year in high school Suzuran nears its end for Genji and his companions. Still, the problems for the Ravens institute have just begun. Genji still obsessed with beating Rindaman but all their attempts end in defeat, for joy Serizawa team. While Makise, Izaki and shoots Genji try to convince to let him run, a danger even greater than Rindaman begins to take shape at the gates of the institute, the students of Hosen school, Suzuran natural enemy, prepare to meet the vengeance that lead planning for two years when Noboru Kawanishi, then leader of Suzuran, Bito Makio murdered leader Hosen. Genji proved to be the strongest of Suzuran, but, can dominate the whole institute and establish itself as the leader who will defeat Hosen in the new war just explode?
