MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2017 film?
Careless police inspector Tung (Zhang Jin) is on an objective to crack down on unlawful Shing's (Shawn Yue) gold smuggling scheme, yet does not arrest him. As Tung continues his manhunt, he discovers Shing's involvement with triad boss Blackie (Yasuaki Kurata), who hides on a casino cruise ship regarding high seas. Shing was involved in an electrical struggle within the smuggling band, and it is forced to kill his adopted father. He also loses his share of silver smuggling to Blackie. Getting even, Shing appears in the cruise, while Tung is there to look for him.
