MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

Based on the famous comic König. In a New York hotel a mentor blackmails a student to go to bed with him, but when he puts on a condom, the condom tears off his penis with teeth and disappears. The Mackaroni detective handling the case, thinking that the girl has attacked the teacher. Go to the hotel and just in a room with a gigolo, but are suddenly interrupted by the murderer condom assault.
