MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1939 film?

Mason is a former racehorse owner who left everything and gave start to drink after the death of one of their riders. One day he meets Goldie, who has run away from home, hoping to find a work around the horses, his biggest hobby. When he learns the true identity of Mason, Goldie takes care of him.
