MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1958 film?

Josef Rainer is a road worker in a mountain town in Liechtenstein. Their spouse Marianne works as a waitress in a restaurant to enhance the meager housekeeping money. Many people ask on their own why she's married that poor devil since she might have hitched into money. But she stays on keen timber carver. He computes great items of tree roots, but villagers jeer at him. The family dreams to obtain a cow of these own become more independent. One day Josef scrapes together all cost savings and would go to the cattle market. Considering lack of cash, a clever farmer palms a skinny, sick cow down on him. The youngsters Hansli and his buddy Ludmila simply take the cow with their heart. Ludmila even lends her name towards the animal. A while later Josef falls from a mountain and is not able to benefit quite a while. So a determination is manufactured that cow Ludmila which creates no milk must be slaughtered. To prevent it, Hansli takes her secretly to an alpine pasture. Magic takes place: Cow Ludmila creates more milk than...
