MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

In the city of Osaka in the 70s, and also Kazuyoshi Takeshi are the two strongest adolescents institutes and must fight a duel to thereby decide which one is the champion of the city. While Kazuyoshi spends his days with his partner and Ritsuko Toshio, only girl who also dares to mess with it, Takeshi gets a lesson in humility, by a teenage karate, later accepts him as a disciple. The first lives alone with his grandmother and the second with his troubled father. After 20 years Kazuyoshi and Takeshi will have become professional fighters face off in a battle that will be outstanding televised everyone in his old neighborhood.
